We specialise in a variety of phones from major brands, which includes: Apple, Samsung, Google, Huawei and more. All phones are factory unlocked ready to be used on any network.
At jinnyslondon we sell phones that are brand new and factory unlocked (unless otherwise described). We clearly indicate condition on the product page, and the stock is UK/EU specification.
Yes, all our phones are SIM-free and factory unlocked. You’re free to insert any UK (or eligible international) SIM and use the handset on your preferred network.
Brand new items have at least 12months manufacturer’s warranty. Whilst New, opened – never used and used excellent condition all come with 12-month seller warranty on all eligible handsets. This covers manufacturing faults and hardware issues. Please check your specific product page for any exceptions and retain your proof of purchase.
Orders placed & processed before our cut-off time (2pm) will be dispatched the same day / next working day from our UK warehouse. Using a tracked service with 24-hour delivery. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any shipping cost. Item must be in the original condition (unopened/unused) sent. If the phone develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us for support or return instructions.

Yes, all phones are UK/EU specification stock and support UK network standards including 4G LTE, 5G (on compatible models), and VoLTE. Please check the product specs to ensure the model supports the bands you need.
For any older or “grade-A” models we clearly state the battery health. Our Battery health is usually a minimum of 95% for any used/refurbished models. If there is a reduced battery life, this will be disclosed on the product description page.

It is very rare or highly unlikely for a phone to be faulty on arrival. However, In the unlikely event you receive a faulty handset, please contact us straight away. We’ll provide instructions for return and repair/replacement under the warranty terms.
