Handling & Despatch Time

  • Our standard handling/despatch time is 1 working day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following working day (Monday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • FREE UK delivery is available on all orders over £200.
  • Orders under £200 will incur a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Service

  • All orders are shipped using 24-hour tracked and signed delivery services for security and reliability.
  • Customers may choose a Next Day Delivery upgrade at an additional cost where available.

Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or international destinations.

Collections

  • Collection in person is not available.

Can I change delivery address or method?

Customers are strongly advised to ensure the delivery name and address details are complete and correct at the point of purchase.
